What does the sign-up process entail?

Setting up an account with American Group ISP is just a matter of three easy online steps, and your ready to surf.

The signup steps are as follows:

1. Select a Plan
   Select the plan you wish to sign up for.
2. Tell us about yourself:
   We collect only the basic information about you, like who you are and where you live. Your privacy is very important to us.
3. Select your Username and Password:
   This Username and Password will be used for both the service you're signing-up for, and to gain access into the members area of our website. If you ever forget your password don't worry, you can get it back at the click of a button.
4. Provide your billing information:
   Here you will be asked for your payment information, like which credit card you will be using. Your account will be billed by the payment interval you choose during sign-up.

That's it...and you can begin using your new service immediately!

How and when will I be billed?

Payment with American Group ISP couldn't be easier. By the payment interval you choose during sign-up, your credit card will be billed for your Internet Service Account.

Can I cancel my account at any time?

Your service can be terminated whenever you wish. There are no contracts forcing you into any specific duration of membership; if you want to cancel your account, we can ensure that it will be done quickly and easily.
